Simply place your order for pick up or delivery, and we will take care of the rest.
Water Turned On
If you shut your water off when you are away, we will turn it back on and make sure everything is running perfectly when you return,including the ice maker. (coordination of your plumbing contractor that winterized your home will be called to do when applicable)
Temperature Settings
We want you to be comfortable when you get home. We will set the Air Conditioning (or Heat) prior to your arrival.
Cleaning Service
We will have the home cleaned and beds made so you can arrive without a worry. We can also provide a weekly cleaning service.
Car / Motorcycles / Golf Carts
Leaving one at your shore home? We will start them up and let them run so you do not return to a dead battery.
Power Wash & Decks
Power wash the house and decks. Wash windows and put screens back in. Set out the deck and patio furniture, BBQ and make sure you have full propane tanks.
