About Us
The owner of the company, Michael Martinez, started his career with a background in Architectural, Mechanical, and Steel design. Worked as drafting and design on the Taj Mahal in Atlantic City. Was Superintendent, Warranty Management, Production Planner, and lastly Architectural Production Planner for K Hovnanian. Michael moved to the Tuckerton Seaport area 8 years ago while working in LBI as a Construction Manager. Michael’s expertise in finding the problem, creating solutions, and organizing the “troops” to get boots on the ground is a value to the owners he represents.
Our Lead Inspector, Joe Ventresca, is a retired Little Egg Harbor police officer. Joe is well versed in the construction trades and also builds fine cabinetry. He still works as a home inspector for a local municipality, and a lifetime resident in the area. Joe’s recent employment was Regional Project Manager for Renault Winery, and LBI National Golf & Resort.
